To secure your booking dates, return your booking form and reservations will hold your dates for 24 hours in order to receive, a 30% deposit of the full cost of your stay. Upon receipt of your deposit your dates will be fully confirmed. The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel your booking. The booking deposit is non-refundable.

Fully refundable security deposits are required of Euro 1,000 are payable prior to arrival. This can be paid at the time of final booking payment on your credit card or can be paid in cash on arrival. All deposits are returned upon check-out.

Cancellation forefiture terms: 6 weeks or more prior to start date 30% of total cost, within 6 weeks100% of total cost. Payment Methods: by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer in South African Rand.
